Pricing
Simple, honest pricing.

- Automatic rent collection, pulled from their bank to yours each month
- Timestamped move-in photos of the place
- One-link invite: the other person needs no account
- Both sides keep a copy of everything, forever

How the fee works
The $19.99 fee is charged once, to the lister only, at the moment automatic rent payments are set up, and never before. It is the same price whether the rent is $600 or $2,000 a month: no percentage of your rent, no monthly subscription, no fee to list. Automatic rent runs through Stripe and is available in 24states, the ones listed below; where it isn't yet, the agreement and photo record are free and the parties pay each other directly. The price is always shown before anyone pays anything.
